Description

The Carinthian Lakes Loop leads to the most beautiful and well-known lakes in Carinthia. Part of the route is very suitable for families. The route is mainly flat and mostly on dedicated bike paths without car traffic. This family bike tour offers plenty of time for discovering and exploring excursion destinations and of course also for swimming, because the lakes in Carinthia attract with warm water temperatures, beautiful lidos with spacious sunbathing areas or many small bathing places, which are accessible free of charge. The most famous lakes are included in the program, such as the Ossiacher See, the Faaker See and the Wörthersee. This makes cycling fun for young people!

Characteristics of the Route

The bike tour leads in large parts on well-developed bike paths, very often directly along the lake shores. The route is mainly flat. The short cycling distances allow plenty of time to be spent on the road.
