Cycling and hiking in the south

The south of Austria is known for its mild Mediterranean temperatures in the south of the Alps, the southern lifestyle in the cities and towns, untouched landscapes and the long established, honest cuisine with regional delicacies. A lot more could be listed - but you have to experience it yourself!

The south is varied: the warm, beautiful bathing lakes in Carinthia, surrounded by sometimes gentle and sometimes rugged mountains, the wonderfully green rolling hills covered with vineyards in Styria, the imposing backdrop of the Lienz Dolomites and the Alps with the highest mountains in Austria in East Tyrol. Fresh, healthy air, plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature is common to all regions.
